This scene may look familiar to you. I’ve photographed it before in a different season, with much less color. It’s a place we drive by every time we travel to visit family and it always catches my eye. There is something about the pasture, slough and hill behind that intrigues me and I love to see the changes every time we travel that way.
“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”
― L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables
Your work is stunning… As I was born in Humboldt I know the area well. It never ceases to amaze me how beautiful it is there. You have a knack for showcasing the wonders of the prairies. Keep up the good work.
