Last weekend my son and I went ice fishing with some of my family. It was quite cold but we had a great time hanging out in the shack fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing. I haven’t been out shooting or felt all that inspired lately so I thought the weekend outside in nature would get my creative juices flowing. There was some beautiful scenery with more snow than I’ve seen in a long time but I just couldn’t find the shot I wanted. In fact, until I sorted through my photos and found this one, I didn’t think I had a photo to share this week. I guess maybe I just have to let the images come to me and not try to force creativity. Anyway, I like how this photo turned out…a little bit of urban life in the bush!
